Shipping and Return Policy
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (Monday - Friday). We ship to all states within the United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, Scotland, Canada, UAE, Australia, Iceland, Norway & Switzerland. Shipping charge is based on order weight, shipping distance and delivery time. Our shipping carriers are DHL, UPS, FEDEX & ARAMEX. If an order is returned to us as "undeliverable" actual outgoing delivery shipping rate will be deducted from the original order's total cost.
Returns
We strive to provide customer satisfaction. If you are not pleased with your order you can contact us at myeverythingafrica@gmail.com to request a return. Request must be made within 2 business days. Due to the nature of grocery items returns are limited. If you have any questions contact us to verify your items are returnable / refundable. Unfortunately we are not responsible for items affected by heat in extreme weather. If your package was damaged during transit, you may request a replacement.
Refunds
We will issue a full refund upon our receipt of returnable items. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment or as a store credit. We do not accept opened items. All items must be returned in its un-opened original package. We do not take responsibility for packages that carriers fail to deliver due to the absence of the receiver at the time of delivery.
